Woodhall Mill
Archival records indicate that there was a mill on this site as early as 1677. However, it was an opertaional lint mill from 1749 to 1792 when a lease was granted to make paper. In 1900 the mill was taken over by the Woodhall Paper Company and later in 1954 by the Inveresk paper company. In 1957 the mill was rebuilt as a board mill and was in operation until 1984.
